New Blog - New Shift in End Game

I decided to start a blog about the emergence of corporate initiatives traditionally isolated to Information Technology point solutions "shifting left" and straight up from the data center to the business - and not the parts of the business one would expect - the board ? Negative 
EPS and upcoming earnings projections?
Nope!
It must be on the customer ? Better service - customer cost of acquisition ? 
Average Sale Cost? Margin ? Shorter Sales Cycles and higher close rates - SPINN - TAS - 
All worthy silos of focus and desired competitive advantages and optimization - but not Numeral Uno - 
The newest - hottest - shift in focus - recommitment of resources and an "All-In" commitment from the top down - 
Is all about....you!
Your job 
How were you recruited ?
How were you "On-Boarded"?
What is your time to productivity ?
What is your security settings?
What devices are you brining with you?
Your iPhone of the past 5 years ?
Your family iPad?
Your new Droid and your google plus account with all your IP and data?
Do you require a new tablet ?
A new laptop ?
What applications should you have access to and what settings ?
What if you are promoted?  How does all of the above change ?
What about as you build out your team - 
Will you be making hires ? Fires ?
Are you a Nurse who must have patient log in access ?
Are you a heart surgeon who travels from ER to ER in your network of hospitals across the country?
When your in Chicago today and Milwaukee tonight on your 36 hour shift - do you really have time to worry about the log in security of your mobile devices?  What if your nurse needs to print patient records or prescriptions - is your "Profile" tied to a physical Geo?
Do you as a Doctor - or finance broker - telecom executive - really have time to worry if your IT team set up persistent or non-persistent profiles with their VMware / Citrix / and ServiceNow deployment?
What if the two minutes it takes the 1069 Doctors on the payroll of your hospital - as the CFO - CMO - or board member - what if that was reduced by 50%?
Would you and your staff have a better "User Experience?"
For the next 3-5 years - every IT project - every business initiative - they are all going to flow directly down stream to - You - and what is your consumption of IT and business process experience?
If it's EXCELLENT - your in the top 1%
If it's ok but could improve - getting warmer -
If you are not aware of a formal initiative within your organization to invest - heavily - into the User Experience - then you have not talked with your CXO and Board  Members of late - and it's time to shift and align your end game.
